If you can't stand watching your reflection staring back at you in the mirror, it is okay to turn off all the lights
If you feel like no one could understands what you are going through in your life, it is okay to cry it all out
If you feel like you just can't handle this pain you are feeling anymore, it is okay to rock yourself to sleep
If you have this feeling as if you're going to lose at this battle you are currently fighting, it is okay to have some scars that showed your battle wounds
And if you feel like you can't do this alone, it is okay to ask someone for help
It is okay not to be okay
